RASHA J. CLARK / EXECUTIVE CREATIVE PRODUCER & PARTNER.

Born and raised in the Middle East, surrounded by dozens of cultures and people from all parts of the world, Rasha has always been a people person who loves projects with a multicultural touch. She moved to NYC in 1997 and picked up a variety of jobs and experiences that read like a list of random Improv suggestions.  She’s been an assistant kindergarten teacher, a butcher’s assistant and sandwich maker, a jeweler’s apprentice, and a door-to-door vacation sales woman, all before landing in the field of advertising. 

Since then, she has post-produced at some of the best Edit and VFX companies in NYC, garnering an extensive amount of experience on spots for Nike, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Discovery Channel, Nokia, Fanta, Herbal Essences, Revlon, Tiffany's, Verizon, Disney, Reebok, Avon, Chase, McDonalds, Under Armour, and Capitol One, to name a few.

Known for her creative problem solving, calm under fire, her big smile and her hot sauces, Rasha has always found producing as natural and thrilling as getting on stage (her 2nd passion) and relishes the similarities. Collaborating as part of a team, enabling others to shine, easing out the bumps along the way, and delivering a great final product.


DAVID B. GODIN / FILM DIRECTOR & PARTNER.

David B. Godin came up in the DIY school of production, and approaches his work with a visually striking, cinematic style that captures each subject with an honest, emotionally-engaged perspective. His docu-style, human-interest work blurs the lines between documentary and narrative filmmaking, focusing on the personal truths behind each character and story.

His debut narrative short, SEED, has screened across the United States. The film, about a young latino boy yearning to explore the rural Pennsylvania countryside, picked up a "Best Sound Design" award at the 2012 FirstGlance Philadelphia Film Festival and was an official selection at the 2013 San Diego Latino Film Festival.

His commercial and branded content work has screened in the United States, France, Southeast Asia and Japan. In 2014, his branded music spot, AT&T-WE NEED LOVE, won the first place prize at the 2014 MOFILM Cannes Lions Advertising Awards.
